1. Conditions for Returns
You may request to return an item within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product.
- You wish to exchange or return the item (within the allowed 7-day period).
⚠️ Note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).
2. How to Request a Return

After your request is logged, we will arrange collection or guide you on dropping the item at a designated pickup station.
3. Return Collection Process
- We will attempt up to 3 pickups within 3 working days.
- If you are dropping off at a pickup station, you will be given 2 days to deliver the item.
- If pickup/drop-off is unsuccessful after these attempts, the return will be cancelled.
⚠️ Packages must be in good condition at the time of return. Damaged or poorly packaged items may be rejected.
4. Evaluation of Returned Items
Once we receive your item, our quality team will inspect it.
- Valid return: Refund or replacement will be processed.
- Invalid return: Item will be returned to you. We will attempt delivery twice at no cost. After two failed attempts, we will store the item for 7 days for self-collection. If not collected, it will be deemed forfeited and disposed of in line with Kenyan law.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the quality check is completed (within 7–14 days of receiving your return).
Refund options depend on your original payment method:

📌 Important: Once you select a refund method, it cannot be changed.
6. Refund Vouchers
- A Refund Voucher is store credit equal to the value of your returned item.
- It can be used to purchase any product on MyFastCart.com.
- Valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
- Can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully used.
7. Special Cases
- Sale items: Refund will be based on the price paid, not the original retail price.
- Wrong item received: Kindly check and confirm at delivery. If accepted but incorrect, you still have 7 days to return (seal must be unbroken).
- Partial returns: You may return only the affected item, not the whole order.
- Expired return period: Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days. Warranty claims (if applicable) should be directed to the manufacturer or authorized service center.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is free of charge when arranged through our pickup or drop-off process.
9. Missing Items in a Package
We can only process claims for missing items if reported at the time of delivery/pickup. Please check your package before signing off.
10. Warranty Claims
If your product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, you may claim service directly from the authorized service center after the 7-day return period.
